Optimise the sharing of knowledge, information and deliverables related to carbon farming and sustainable agriculture, among HEIs, VET organisations, research and the agricultural business sector, through the cooperation of 17 project partners, by reaching at least 10.000 stakeholders via dissemination and exploitation activities and by providing a Policy Recommendations Booklet.
