Objectives

Create an ESCO skills package for 2 farmer-related occupational profile and one brand new job profile relevant to carbon farming and sustainable agricultural practices, informed by the labour market needs

Elaborate the C-Farming Learning Strategy, guiding the formation of multidisciplinary, future-oriented learning ecosystem in the project subject area, integrating the most appropriate learning methods for meeting the current and future needs of the agricultural practitioners, professionals and HE/VET educators.

Facilitate sustainable agricultural business development and acumen among farming practitioners, agri-startups, and cooperatives, by creating 6 Carbon Farming Learning & Business Incubators, that support also the uptake of Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) principles.

Design and implement 1 tailor-made, flexible Training Programme, comprises 7 modules, to enhance the green, digital, entrepreneurial, and resilience/soft competences related to carbon farming of 360 farming practitioners agriculture entrepreneurs and students, through 6 blended and 1 asynchronous pilot trainings and 6 in-person and 1 online work-based learning activities.

Transform 60 VET/HE educators and agriculture advisors into learning and development experience facilitators through 6 Capacity Building Activities, by utilising the brand-new C-Farming Train-the-Trainers Programme, covering 5 leading-edge subjects.

Establish a Carbon Farming Digital Learning Ecosystem comprises 2 future-oriented multidisciplinary courses, 1 user-friendly, freely accessible e-Learning platform and 1 Virtual farm, by utilising innovative learning methodologies and technologies.

Develop the International Certification for the C-Farming Training Programme and utlise the EQF, ESG, ECTS, EQAVET and the microcredentials approach/Europass Digital Credentials for Learning to facilitate recognition of competences, learning, and employability of learners.

Optimise the sharing of knowledge, information and deliverables related to carbon farming and sustainable agriculture, among HEIs, VET organisations, research and the agricultural business sector, through the cooperation of 17 project partners, by reaching at least 10.000 stakeholders via dissemination and exploitation activities and by providing a Policy Recommendations Booklet.
